I love how hilariously ineffectual the windshield wiper seems. I want one.

The "econo cab" looks very similar to this but with no doors and no wiper. Sadly, the "deluxe cab" has an actually effective wiper and no longer sports a rink-a-dink wiper.

There are a bunch of Taylor Dunn vehicles on the used market. GovDeals has quite a few most of the time.

The econo cab has doors and a rink-a-dink wiper if you go to the accessories section. Also, the bigfoot S + econo cab with 4 seats looks like this:
