@tiggy I thought the same too for me! Then recently found that Tylenol Extra Strength has been working great for some things. I have no idea if somehow the formulation changed (like older pills were maybe too light a dose?), things changed as I got older, or if it’s the type of thing I’m using them for is more suited now.
