hi i burnt my left hand on a ceramic lid that was over an open flame for several minutes and it was probably around 200 celsius if i had to estimate. i touched it before thinking and my nerves have been stinging for the last two hours. no amount of running it under cold water has helped reduce the overall pain, it only temporarily numbs it for 30 seconds or so. is there something i can do to reduce the pain ​:boosts_ok_gay:​
