Visiting cycle-friendly Ferrara on a shared e-bike from Dott (formerly Tier). The bike is super heavy and in poor condition: lame brakes, friction noise from all parts. Sounds like a coffee grinder. And the service allows only three bikes in a group ride. #bikesharing #ferrara #dott #micromobility
