What kind of ridiculousness is this: "- Please avoid the command \begin{tikzpicture} ... \end{tikzpicture} in the tex manuscript due to technical reasons. 3.) Please note that the command \eqref{} is not allowed in the tex manuscript either " What exactly is the article processing charge for if they aren't able to process the article themselves??!
