@hannaB That was definitely my justification, yes! I mean, I have had to poke holes in things when making this or that, and to have something so perfectly pre-patterned had good possibilities with precision beyond my capacity if I needed to make a bunch of holes in one thing! 😀 I will note that it is fantastic as a porridge tenderiser! Add some water to the solidified, refrigerated portion, press/stab repeatedly, microwave to preferred temperature and presto! It's the same texture as freshly-cooked, and just as tasty. ❤️
