"Developer's don't think Claude will replace them" is not some fact. Just because you think something will not happen doesn't mean it will not happen. People convince themselves bad things will not happen all the time. My favorite example is when like 2 days before the war started ZeplaHQ was in Kiv telling chat to calm down, no one in Kiv thinks Russia will really invade. Developers will train claude to replace them and many will not believe it until it suddenly happens.
