On Tuesday I felt pain in my leg and by Wednesday it had worsened so I took myself to hospital. They found DVT (deep vein thrombosis). I don’t fall into any of the typical risk groups for DVT, so tests were carried out to try and determine a cause. I’m glad to say all came back clear and they believe my DVT is simple bad luck. I’m already starting to feel better with the treatment I’ve been given but I’ve been told to expect recovery to be slow. #DVT #DeepVeinThrombosis
