@peterbutler in my experience there was a lot more scolding here, and less useful conversation. it's not a condemnation of all, obviously, but just makes it more of a mental burden to post actively here.

@mmasnick @peterbutler I think the mastodon culture has an instinctive dislike of people used to large followings “over there”, and there are are many people that just cannot resist to give “feedback”… you can just decide to ignore all of it, or just block some keywords…
