Understood and we'll just disagree.
I think it's an acceptable compromise to finally create some responsibility and liability for social media companies.

@TCatInReality the problem is that it doesn't though. the responsibility comes from users/partners/advertisers refusing to do business with bad actors to hold them to account. KOSA just creates a tool for censorship, and (even worse) for companies to IGNORE problems, because the First Amendment would still require actual knowledge. So it creates incentives for companies to take LESS RESPONSIBILITY.
