@murdoc @autistics Yes. Can relate totally. I am similar, and I have way too many projects part finished. I ran a makerspace for about 5 years, and that helped a lot but ended up burning me out because of admin reasons. One of the best things about it while it was running was people bringing in projects, explaining all about them, where they were maybe stuck, what they wanted feedback about, validation, development ideas etc. and other people helping them through it, and collaborations forming. I've wanted to do something, probably more virtual/online for quite a while, but it's on hold at the moment because of my CURRENT burnout episode. I'd still be interested though, but would have to limit myself for the time being. I understand your idea of projects might not involve MAKING things (could be research, learning, deep diving a topic etc), but I suspect the principles are probably similar.
