@leavex at the point of use, the message simply says "verify your PIN" and you type in a PIN. No context why you need to do this. You can dismiss it a few times without apparent adverse effect. It puts the user in the mind of "enter PIN, get it out of the way" rather than "why is it asking me to do this", which is a boon for phishing. i.e. if the user just enters the PIN without thought when prompted, find a way to put "verify your PIN" in front of that user and wait.
