@anandphilipc often such bills are passed by "voice vote" where yay and no whichever has a higher decibel wins, and no record who voted for or against

@anandphilipc and for things like trans right for which most parliamenterian has not got an iota of idea, may not go to official division phase unless demanded by opposition, so chairman decides the reslution passed by voice
