It seems bizarre, but it turns out (for me) that self-hosting a website is much simpler than trying to figure out the likes of Hetxner etc Assuming you have an old PC that you can run Linux on, as most people that I know, do. Install docker and portainer. Buy a domain at Cloudflare and point it to your computer. That's it!
