My understanding was that the request or suggestion of antibiotics from Epstein to bill was specifically for Melinda to be treated without her knowing. So she wouldn't find out bill had given her a std. I assume bill found out he had a std in the first place by going to the Dr. I mean. He probably had symptoms. But was diagnosed by a doctor. So when that was confirmed, he was like. My wife probably has this and will figure it out.
