@griff @fosstodon thanks for the suggestion! honestly great to know because i wouldn’t have thought of that on my own. i tried this fork: https://github.com/memst/fava-envelope but no dice. compiled without errors, unlike the main repo – but i’m still getting the same error. it looks like for some reason the whole extension can’t find my budget? not sure what’s going on – i use a main.beancount file and include my accounts, budget and journal (in that order) 😭 it says this, though now without the code block when i refresh the page “invalid dashboard ID: 0, maybe no budgets defined”
