Oh, I remember that I have seen this one before: WaveDrom (https://wavedrom.com/tutorial.html). But I'd say this is for short digital signal snippets only. And seems to require synchronous data and not something timestamp-based.

Looks like I will try my best with Perfetto, its Protobuf format and the Python library. I was able to play around with it and it seems to prove at least the basics that I need. And it feels very convenient so far. 8/
