@thezoq2 Vodafone, right? Yeah its website does tend to be old-school, and not in a good way... Also, as an anecdote, from the two apartments I've used it in, it has been pretty terrible in both (compared from Telekom, which I also used twice, and never really had a problem with) – but I imagine this is at least somewhat region-specific
