@pelicangut To be fair, the Australians did name the majority of the country, Northern Territory, South Australia and Western Australia. South rather than Southern gets me. Consistency guys, come on 😂 I think we can agree Australians are not good at naming shit 😚

@pelicangut @TwoClownsEating I find the name NZ flax very annoying, as it is a quite different plant from the British one that is the basis for similar products. Glad that the Māori names for the NZ species are getting more commonly used. https://www.doc.govt.nz/nature/native-plants/harakeke-flax
