@SnowyCA Pretty much. They’re not sure how to deal with negotiations, because they’re only interested in capitulation. They’ve perfected the art of the shakedown, but aren’t sure how to deal with countries that expect diplomacy instead. As Seinfeld once said, “oh, that’s a shame.” 🥱
