I talked to my sister on the phone yesterday about calling me by my name. And we talked about our mum. Which went rather underwhelming ("You got to understand them, they're from another generation, another bubble, they called you XY for over 30 years etc etc"). And I shouldn't do some jokes when talking about a serious issue for me. Well: it's MY issue so I get to choose how to talk about that (and I mean they know me long enough to know that I do make jokes while talking about important and serious topics). Anyway: I am glad that I talked to them and now I'm looking forward.
