Apparently Meta has been banning queer accounts from Instagram again. Although I don't see the en masse wide spread algorithmic bans that are alluded to. The numbers are too low for that. My hypothesis is that these bans follow reporting actions by conservative activists. Anyway, this is an excellent time to help out our queer siblings to move to greener pastures in the fediverse. Please show some empathy, as 'just hosting your own website', or setting up a Mastodon account doesn't come as easy to everyone.
