Today I cleared some beds with parsnips and other veg. @MPaola pointed out that parsnips are regarded fodder in her home country. The pigs of my frieds were I garden ran away first. After the second bucket with parsnips they awaited me with anticipation. After everything said before, you might have a point there, @MPaola . 😉 The best ones were transfered to the seed bed for this year's seed production for next year's sowings. There were onions and beets in the bed already. #NoDig #gardening
