@norootcause i unfortunately have very little patience for bluesky's corporate governance and am avoiding the source material as a personal emotional self-regulatory measure, but it struck me as extremely unprofessional (on calabro's part, not yours) to raise this specific moment of dramatic irony and then to dismiss it with a "sorry" as if it was a personal failure and not a calculated communication by a professional whose job in part is calculated communication (i'm not inherently implying any malice in this calculation, twitter was an ad company)

@norootcause i suppose it's actually less elucidating to juxtapose those two bullet points. the first doesn't really trouble me at all and seems to admit a satisfactory explanation even while it also simply fails to represent any behavior of concern in the first place. the second indicates to me that management may be under the impression reliability can be planned and managed like a marketing task.
