@dwillanski I turned mine off. It takes a little longer to write stuff now because I have to think about it first, but at least all the typos are human typos.
It's made no obvious difference, admittedly, except that I'm marginally less annoyed. But as nobody knows I don't use autocorrect I find I'm still able to blame it and so blithely make the arguable best of both depressing worlds.

@wibble @dwillanski I always had problems with autocorrect. Fixing stuff takes longer than just typing it by hand so I just stopped using it. Is probably because I need mine to do three languages so it just can't get the right words. Anyway since I'm having problems with my eyes, I switched to Thumb key. That way I don't have to see the keys as long as I can see the nine squares. All letters are press or swipe and quickly becomes automatic gestures.
