Very strange reading the ABC's pieces about the legal issues between Kyle/JackieO and ARN, a publicly listed company. ARN doesn't get mentioned once in this story - instead, the subsidiary that owns the Sydney licence keeps getting mentioned. I wonder why? It's ARN who's share price is collapsing because of this legal action. It's ARN who releases the accounts.
