@tristan than your best bet would be a course and that stuff is not cheap. I don't think anyone is giving it away for free or the price of a book 🤷🏿‍♀️ Edit: Best practice is always difficult as it largely depens on what you are working with. Network topology, speed, etc and most of the relevant optimizations aren't actually done in nginx. I wish you good look on your quest.
