@hasani @Johny28 "the resulting criminal referral".... okay so what is the statute of limitations in that case? You get what I'm driving at. If Trump would have the DOJ ignore things, sit on it until Trump is gone. Revenge is a dish best served cold.

@rozeboosje @Johny28 Trump doesn't think that far ahead. The man jumps from the frying pan into the fire (of his own making). He may be able to get republicans enough cover to slow that process down to a crawl. Not to mention, she is no longer the AG, so who knows what her defense would be: "Executive Privilege"? Which of course would have to be litigated allowing Trump to run out the clock. I almost forgot about Aileen Cannon. She might be able to do him another solid
