@bright_helpings The old provision actually completely collapsed and they're embedded in a (private) hospital now - not the one in which one of (now former) surgeons did an unwanted vaginectomy, but a new one - so my hope is that the change of admin is a real change. But there's still the same guys doing the surgeries because they're it.
