@isagalaev When I got on Telegram some years ago it was my understanding that Pavel Durov is a Russian Expat who had to leave because he refused to comply with Russian demands. As it stands right no he's so bad at complying with government demands that he got himself thrown into French prison. He claims that they didn't follow proper procedure for his company to comply too, but that's not something we can prove either. I have some confidence in the guy. Not much, but some.
