@manx That makes sense to me; even there I didn't realize that trackers would have a specific eg. "percussion track" (or series of samples grouped into something called "percussion" or "synths" or whatever the stem would be), maybe I should play around with OpenMPT a bit first before I pose the question so I make sure that I'm even asking for feedback on the right topics and in the right way!
