@alainmi11 Microsoft invested close to 100 billion in AI development and facilities thinking this would be the next big market. Try tried to maximize their return by incorporating it everywhere they could. So far the market penetration has been about 3%, the rest of have decided to rely on their own natural intelligence. Given many of the conversations here I'm not sure that is wise, but that's the reality. So they are adapting and pulling it back out of many things. The amount of money involved suggests they did not do adequate market research in advance. This is hardly a first for big corporations.
