Finally, just hours before sundown, the man said, "I have successfully negotiated a truce with the bees! I will stop hitting the hive with my stick!"
The people of the village cheered!

The next day, the people of the village went to the beehive to get honey. The bees kept stinging them and wouldn't let them take honey. Because, well, they were bees. (5/5)
