@WiredForFlight One of our club members was flying around Wisconsin today, and was doing instrument approaches at KEAU. They started backed towards KFCM around 3:45 pm, but then saw (likely via ADS-B) that the early line of rain showers along the MN / WI border was firming up, and the larger line behind was not looking friendly. They made the smart move and decided to spend the night in Eau Claire. If they had waited it out, it might have been 11 pm before they could have departed safely.
