@lyndamerry484@mastodon.social if they re-categorise an adult as aged 14+, then the sexual activity becomes between adults. In their eyes, problem solved. I'm still taking funerals of adults who left school at 14 to work. It was raised to 15 in 1947, then to 16 in 1973 in the UK.
