Is anyone aware of anyone doing research into American #klezmer history these days? Aside from the few well-known semi-retired professors who have published books and so on? No particular purpose, just curious.

so far across 3 platforms the only real suggestion I've got is Uri Schreter who I do know online but had forgotten about today for some reason. great guy who had me in tears with his Mickey Katz presentation years back https://www.queensu.ca/history/people/schreter-uri
