@xian Thank you, that's quite possibly the best compliment I could wish for! I honestly set out to write this text when I was very frustrated with some aspects, and wanted to **not** write a rant. (Or at least a productive one.) And absolutely agree – I'm active in other activist groups too and there is a big overlap in challenges and in skills. Government is probably the closest in some ways, because this being an admin is like being a tiny, low-stakes, low-relevance , unelected government.
