@rixx Thank you so much for letting us look into the kitchen! Some of what you describe is also found in a hilarious article on techdirt: https://www.techdirt.com/2022/11/02/hey-elon-let-me-help-you-speed-run-the-content-moderation-learning-curve/. I am also reminded of the saying 'you don't need to run faster than the tiger, just faster than the other guy'. If you're doing a better job than the competition, that alone is good enough. And doing better than Twitter is a low, low bar 😏
