🫶 Today’s #3GoodThings: - more difficult conversations at work and I am still out here doing my best (feeling like I want to be so much better, but recognizing I'm doing what I can with the tools I currently have) - the big annual presentation to council happened tonight and the board absolutely crushed it - when I got home, my favorite person gave me stickers and a cup of tea
