IOP is not a right triangle. This problem just came up while trying to solve an engeneering problem. Thx a lot for trying it out, i found two solutions myself, but it was either solving a quartic polynomial or finding the limit of a series... I wanted to see if anyone found a more elegant solution ;)

Realized my confusion - d’^2 + d^2 wouldn’t be D^2, ofc, so that the cosine there doesn’t evaluate to zero.
