And, I don't mean it's at the same spot on the same sidewalk. It happens at random drop points through the neighborhood, I think I've seen repeats a few times, but not with any regularity. Not in obvious places, like a high traffic corner or by a church, either. Pretty random placement, pretty broad distribution.
