You know how someone tries to get away with saying some horrible sexist or racist thing by claiming they were just joking?
"For entertainment only" is the equivalent of that. They are neither joking, nor trying to entertain. Microsoft just wants something they can point to, when they get sued.

@BlueDot That may be, for sure. Though when people lose their life or get injured at amusement parks because of poorly maintained equipment, the amusement park is going to feel the pain.
