@Steve true. maybe they put this in all their TOSs?
Also putting it in the category of toy/entertainment cascades to everything else it touches as entertainment.

@invadersil @Steve i feel like this has no legal basis when your advertisement clearly says x the customer can expect x to the full extend of the law here in germany it's like that and I assume elsewhere also
