[RethinkDNS](https://github.com/celzero/rethink-app) also has all these features; as well as allowing multiple WireGuard VPNs running at the same time. It's an amazing app.

That one is nice too. I ended favoring personalDNSfilter because I don't use any vpn and its apk has less than a megabyte. I was impressed at how small it is.
