@Misofist Even if you don't reach out, know that you've done good by sharing this. I, for one, have been guilty of doing this: simply using the word as one I'd learned from hearing it as a child and growing up never thinking about the actual meaning or how misusing it is harmful, until today. So if nothing else, you won a (contrite) ally today. And that's a path to a better world: by making it better, one step at a time.
