@IceWolf the short answer to what happens on save is whatever is least annoying. I am constantly drawing in krita I will not tolerate annoying behavior on save/load, period. If this ends up working perfectly on save load across multiple sizes, then I'll just let it do that. If it's at *all* annoying, I'll save the pre-pinned position and revert back to that whenever the image is unpinned, and unpin it on load. If that's error prone, I'll figure something else out.
