@dilmandila It being the Artists Village, a community of village weaver birds could be invited to work in the baobab tree. In addition, the photo includes a striking mélange of small and old French colonial-style buildings for artists in the foreground with large multistory office buildings for capitalists in the background. I see an LED light fixture mounted above the door of the Médiathèque, most likely a disposable one.
