I went on a trip to Tahiti (island of Morea) with my father who won it in like '85. I was mid-20s at the time, and had ridden and raced motocross in HS. We wanted to explore the island from the road that circles it. I suggested renting mopeds; NO automatic transmission. The first thing dad did was pop the clutch into a wheelie. Shockingly, he did not drop it. We rented a Jeep instead. LOL I will never forget that one, with him walking it from behind on one wheel 😆.
