The white supremacists loudly booing welcome to country at ANZAC Day dawn services today are traitors wearing Australian flags. I'm no fan of the day because of its jingoistic, nationalist overtones but recognise that it honours soldiers who risked or gave their lives fighting against racist, fascist dictators to defend democracy. The ignorant haters polluting this solemn and sacred commemoration with their toxic ignorance are precisely what we fought against.
