@peteorrall I don't know your model, but you can easily buy a keyboard for the T480 from Chinese sellers, and if you're not afraid to tinker, you can remove the key caps and check if they're dirty😜

@yrabbit It's a brand new laptop - maybe a month old. The 4th gen P16s was released sometime last year. Hence why I am so perplexed by this.
